Terms and Conditions

1. Overview: Venn NCE and its affiliate companies offer tickets and registrations for both virtual and in-person events, as well as marketing programs and retreats. Please be aware that the scheduling of all events, whether virtual or in-person, is subject to change based on logistical considerations and attendance levels.

2. Refund and Transfer Policy: Due to significant administrative costs incurred—from salaries and coordination activities to materials procurement for both virtual and in-person events—once an event ticket or registration is purchased, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be transferred to another date or location. This no-refund and no-transfer policy will be clearly communicated during the purchasing process.

3. Failure to Attend: Failure to attend an event, whether virtual or in-person, for which you are registered will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. No accommodations will be made for missed events.

4. Plan Participation: When purchasing any package that includes minimum or recurring durations, you are agreeing to fulfill the terms of participation. Non-participation in virtual or in-person sessions does not absolve liability for payment.

5. Payment Plans: Participants in payment plans agree to fulfill their payment obligations as outlined on the Registration Form. A processing fee of $150 applies to each delayed payment. Failure to complete payments as agreed will lead to full retail pricing, withdrawal of any bonuses, and referral of your account to a debt recovery service. All deposits toward payment plans are non-refundable.

6. Event Accommodations & Transportation: For in-person events, unless specifically included, the cost of air travel and other transportation is not covered. Event and ticket pricing cover only the costs explicitly listed. If accommodations are included, full payment is required 60 days before the event start date.

7. Hotel/Housing Accommodations: For in-person events, Venn NCE may assist with lodging preferences but has no control over the specifics provided by the hotel. Any incidental charges incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the client.

8. Food and Beverages: For in-person events, if meals are included in your package, Venn NCE will attempt to accommodate dietary preferences but cannot guarantee specific requests. The cost of alcoholic beverages is not covered and is the client’s responsibility.

9. Substitutions of Like Kind and Quality: Venn NCE reserves the right to make substitutions of comparable quality for any travel services or accommodations when needed, with proper notice to the client and without penalty.

10. Right to Cancel Cohort: Venn NCE reserves the right to cancel any cohort, either virtual or in-person, at its discretion. Affected clients will be notified and provided with alternative dates. Cancellation by Venn NCE does not terminate this agreement, and no refunds will be issued.
